Stratford-upon-Avon self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people in a privately owned luxury riverside wooden lodge on the banks of the River Avon.

Bend in the River Lodge is in a unique location on Avon Park with beautiful views of the River Avon and surrounding countryside.

The Lodge has an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen and two bedrooms.  The master bedroom is a double with en-suite and there is a further twin bedroom with a private bathroom.  Enjoy a cosy night's sleep after a day of sightseeing, boating on the river, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing or how about taking a dip in the River Avon for some wild swimming or even just a day of chilling sat on the decking watching the wildlife on the river.

Bend in the River Lodge is less than one mile from the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon.  You can walk into town along the pretty riverside path or catch a riverboat taxi which operates from Easter to October.  There is also a bus service which stops at the entrance to the Park.

After a day exploring the area, relax in the Lodge on the South facing decking or visit the on-site Riverside bar and restaurant which also has picnic tables beside the river and music most weekends in the Summer. Stratford upon Avon has a wide selection of restaurants and pubs and every taste is catered for.  For theatre goers there is the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, the recently refurbished Swan Theatre as well as other smaller theatres.  See the links on our Tourist Info Page.

Everything is supplied for your stay: towels and bedding, hair dryer, iron and board, glassware, crockery, cutlery, china and plenty of cooking utensils. There is parking for 2 vehicles on our drive next to the Lodge. Everything you could need for a relaxing self-catering holiday.
